Join the Colonel Palmer House in celebrating the rich Swedish heritage of Crystal Lake! Decorate and raise a maypole, make a flower crown, enjoy authentic dance and music, savor Swedish treats and test your skill at Swedish games. Learn about the residents of Crystal Lake’s own Swedenberg, including their immigrant stories, roots, genealogy, churches, lodges, education and their role in WWI. Much more! This is a free event that will be fun for all ages!
